These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile software application Phonetastic (“Application”, “App”), created and maintained by AppBakery OÜ (“Developer”). The Application provides users with phone number lookups, caller identification hints, spam classification, and related informational features (“Services”).
Phonetastic is an independently developed application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any telecom operator, carrier, government agency, directory service, or official caller ID provider.
Your access and use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Application.
The Application provides phone number lookup results, caller hints, spam scores, and community- generated classifications for entertainment and informational purposes only. These results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or entirely unavailable.
The Developer provides no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any lookup results, spam labels, caller hints, or any data displayed in the App at any time.
All lookup results are generated from aggregated public information, heuristic scoring, user-submitted data, and other non-official sources. None of the data should be interpreted as verified, authoritative, or guaranteed correct.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Developer is not responsible for any financial loss, personal inconvenience, missed calls, misidentified numbers, or any damages arising from your reliance on information presented in the App.
The Application offers optional paid features, including enhanced caller data, faster lookups, additional daily lookup limits, or advertisement removal (“Premium Services”). Access to Premium Services is available through auto-renewing subscriptions.
By subscribing to Premium Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees through your Apple App Store account (“Payment Method”). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Billing occurs through Apple and is subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if any, may only be issued by Apple at their sole discretion.
Premium Services are considered digital entertainment and informational services. By subscribing, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and waive any statutory withdrawal rights to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Some features may be offered as one-off consumable purchases, such as additional lookup credits. Consumable purchases do not renew and are used once redeemed.
Consumable purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused credits or misused credits cannot be refunded or transferred.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Premium Services will remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which access expires.
Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer may modify subscription or purchase pricing. Users will receive advance notice via the App Store. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the new rate takes effect.
The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of lookup services, spam databases, or backend systems. Data sources may fail, carrier formats may change, and information providers may limit access without notice.
You agree that the Developer is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime, service interruptions, inaccurate data, or discontinued features.
You agree not to misuse the Application, including:
Abuse of the service may result in account restriction or termination.
