These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile software application Budapest Airport App (“Application”, “App”), created and maintained by AppBakery OÜ (“Developer”). The Application provides users with non-official airport-related information including flight statuses, arrivals and departures, airport maps, public transport information, and optional flight-tracking features (“Services”).
The Budapest Airport App is an independently developed application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, Budapest Airport Zrt., airlines, ground handlers, or any other airport authority.
Your access and use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Application.
The Application provides general aviation-related information for convenience and entertainment purposes only. This includes, but is not limited to, flight schedules, live status updates, gate numbers, airport navigation, public transport connections, and watchOS companion app functionality.
The Developer provides no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information displayed in the App at any time. Airport operations can change without notice due to weather, airline decisions, technical issues, or operational constraints outside of the Developer’s control.
By using the App, you agree that all data is provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The Developer is not responsible for missed flights, incorrect gate information, travel delays, or any damages (including financial loss) resulting from reliance on information presented in the Application.
The Developer is not associated with Budapest Airport, airlines, air traffic providers, or any other official aviation body, and therefore does not have access to internal airport systems.
The Application offers optional paid features, including flight tracking, real-time enhancements, and advertisement removal (“Premium Services”). Access to Premium Services may be purchased through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-off consumable purchases.
By subscribing to Premium Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees through your Apple App Store account (“Payment Method”). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Billing occurs through Apple and is subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if any, can only be issued by Apple at their discretion.
Premium Services are considered digital entertainment and informational services. By subscribing, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and waive any statutory withdrawal rights to the maximum extent allowed by law.
The App may offer one-off, consumable purchases that allow the user to enable enhanced tracking for a single flight. Consumable purchases do not renew and are associated with the specific flight selected at the time of purchase.
Consumable purchases are also final and non-refundable. If you no longer intend to track a previously selected flight, no refunds or exchanges are available.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple ID account settings. Upon cancellation, Premium Services remain available until the current billing period ends, after which access expires automatically.
Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer may modify subscription or purchase pricing. Users will receive reasonable advance notice through the App Store. If you do not wish to accept new pricing, you may cancel before the new rate goes into effect.
The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Application or the accuracy of its data feeds. External data sources may fail, third-party systems may change without notice, or flight information may be temporarily unavailable.
You agree that the Developer is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime, inaccurate information, delayed updates, or discontinued features.
